Fair question. Edward has built business systems for more than fifteen years, has built with ClickUp since 2022, and wrote the Packt book on it. Also, you start with a scoped audit, so you see our thinking and our work before you commit to anything bigger.
Will this take over my time?
No. We do the building. You join focused conversations, then review what we made. Because everything is scoped and agreed in writing first, you always know what we need from you and when. The goal is more of your day back, not less.
Do I have to replace the tools I already use?
No. We recommend the setup your audit points to: ClickUp, GoHighLevel, or both. If you already use Asana, Monday, Notion or Zoho, we review the audit findings with you first. So you learn whether your current software can do the job, or whether moving helps.
What if my team won’t use it?
That worry is common, so we plan for it first. We start with how your team already works and keep the habits that help. Then we train your people, and we agree an acceptance test for each fix. You see it working on real work before handover.

We start with a $2,500 Systems & AI Operations Audit. Most builds then run as a two-month Foundation package at $4,500 a month. Growth and Scale are 6 to 12 month engagements with ongoing partnership options, scoped after the audit, because the right size depends on your goals and your team.
What happens after the audit?
You get a repair order, ranked by what matters first. Then you choose: Foundation, Growth, Scale, or a pause. The audit stands on its own, so you decide with a clear picture, and nothing moves forward without your written yes.
